I am a certified somatic healing guide and yoga teacher in Haiku offering private sessions, and my passion is guiding people home to the wisdom of their bodies to heal mind, body and spirit from within. Can be customized to your preferences, I am skilled in somatic, yin, vinyasa, and sensual somatic yoga. Somatic Healing Sessions: for those of you looking to go deeper into your healing journey, I offer 1:1 somatic healing mentorship. Somatic healing returns us to the wisdom of the body so we can stop over-intellectualizing our emotional pain, learn how to feel and express our big feelings, and finally begin to heal.
